The Main Session was carried out with two themes. The representatives from the participating local governments shared their circumstances, problems, and efforts based on their case presentations.

Introduction of the merits of the industries, cultures, and tourism of each region by participating local governments.

• Introduction of Yulin City, Shaanxi Province, China, a new member government to the Congress inducted in May 2024
• Announcement that the next Congress hosted by Thua Thien Hue Province, Vietnam is being arranged.
