The Main Session and the Sub Session were carried out with two themes throughout the course of the day. In these Sessions, all participating local governments got together and shared their regional circumstances, issues facing their region, and efforts based on their case presentations.

• The Report by the East Asia Local and Regional Government Congress Secretariat (Nara Prefectural Governor ARAI)　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　He announced that the 12^th Congress will be held by Linyi City, People’s Republic of China at Linyi City on October 2023.
