Geographic features

Mie is situated in the center of the Japanese archipelago on the Pacific Ocean side. Mie is located on the eastern side of the Kii Peninsula and borders Nara Prefecture. Located between Nagoya, Osaka and Kyoto, Mie offers easy access to these cities and is just a 45 min high-speed boat ride away from the Chubu International Airport
