Katsuragi City is located in the northwestern part of Nara prefecture and composed of eastern plain areas and mountains such as Mt. Nijyo (Nijyozan) and Mt. Katsuragi (Katsuragisan).
Linked by train (Kintetsu Minami-Osaka Line, Kintetsu Gose Line, JR Wakayama Line) with Kyoto and Osaka, approx. 30 minutes from Osaka city, or approx. 60 minutes from Kansai International Airport.
Also, approx.15 minutes by car from Osaka- Matsubara JCT (Nishi-Meihan Expressway) to the nearest Katsuragi IC (Minami-Hanna Road).
